Muesli
As soon as they opened, Mysli caused a wave of popular anger and indignation. Tartar “in Stalin’s style”, pinned on a massage comb with sweets, fake purses of Louis Vuitton, in which they bring in an account, and much more than that. Tartar was renamed, the charter explained that it was named not in memory of Stalin, but in honor of the skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment, in which, in fact, the restaurant opened. The rest continue to be proud, perceiving any criticism in the range from “toshnit” to “is perplexing” with a gay hubbub, and rightly so.
Owners – chief Dmitry Shurshakov, director Marek Markovic and restaurant publicist Evgenia Nechitailenko – seven years ago worked together in the “Seagull” (which is included in the top 100 restaurants in the world). Their reunion is an important event for Moscow restaurant. In order to build the “Muesli”, the Dream-Tim has gone a year: it must be understood that any nail in the Stalin high-rise is under the protection of UNESCO and the government of Moscow – just so you do not pick up anything. They changed only the windows and removed the plasterboard that had been taken from the previous owners in order to show the world a noble marble and a painted ceiling.
