In the high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya embankment a long-awaited project with gastronomic breakfasts was opened.
Stories took a two-story building in the famous Stalinist skyscraper, where previously was a sensational and innovative for its time restaurant “Muesli”. True, we waited for the launch of the Stories in the fall, but eight months of repair did not pass for the institution in vain: from the former timeless coziness of “Muesli” there is no trace – now here is the realm of geometry and light. The space turned out to be light and stylish, and in the sparkling mirrors in the Art Deco style, it seems that Jay Gatsby’s reflection is about to flash. The structure of the institution has remained unchanged: two floors of the restaurant, as before, are connected by the so-called second light – but now this common space permeates a large glass suspension.
